points and Georgia State defeated Towson 57-42 on Saturday.

Association), who have won 13 of their past 14 games. The only

The Panthers held Towson, which has lost an NCAA Division I

record 37 straight games, to 25 percent (12 of 48) from the field.

The Tigers made only 4 of 21 shots in the first half.

Georgia State, which won its ninth consecutive home game, led by

16 points in the first half and kept the lead in double digits over

the final 14 minutes.

Robert Nwankwo had 17 points, 13 rebounds and six blocks for the

Tigers (0-18, 0-6).
