Davison carries E. Washington past Portland Bible 107-25

CHENEY, Wash. (AP) — Jacob Davison had 15 points to lead six Eastern Washington players in double figures as the Eagles rolled past Portland Bible 107-25 on Tuesday night in a season opener.

Kim Aiken Jr. and Casson Rouse added 14 points apiece for the Eagles. Tanner Groves chipped in 12 points, and Mike Meadows had 11. Groves also had 10 rebounds for the Eagles.

EWU shot over 59% from the field in the first half, forced 18 turnovers and led 52-12.

Isiah Moorehouse led Portland Bible with six points. The Wildcats were just 7-of-49 shooting (14 from the field.

Eastern Washington takes on Seattle on the road on Saturday.
