The Seattle player closed out, avoided contact and forced Davis to throw a one-handed, 25-foot shot that was all net. Following Jordan Hill’s jump shot, Holden buried another 3 to make it 60-55 with 50 seconds to go.
Damiyne Durham scored 15 points for CSU Bakersfield (12-16, 8-5 Western Athletic) and Brent Wrapp grabbed 11 rebounds and passed out seven assists.
The teams combined to miss 18 free throws, the Roadrunners were 13 of 23 and Seattle 8 of 16 from the line.
