Malik Dia - New rebounding heightsDia closed with 23 points (11-21 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT), 19 rebounds and two blocks in 31 minutes during Tuesday's 74-64 win over Alabama.
ImpactNot only did the Belmont transfer set a new career high in rebounding compared to his 13-board effort from earlier this year, but Dia also set a season-best scoring total. He's been incredibly productive for the Rebels in conference play, averaging 21.0 points and 11.3 rebounds over his past three contests.

Aden Holloway - Leading scorer in tough lossHolloway contributed 15 points (5-6 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 4-4 FT), six rebounds and three assists in 29 minutes during Tuesday's 74-64 loss to Ole Miss.
ImpactHolloway's 15 points were a team high in Alabama's disappointing loss to Ole Miss. The 6-foot-1 guard also pulled down a career-high six rebounds. This was the second consecutive outing in which Holloway scored 15 points, and the sixth consecutive outing he's hit double-digit points. He's quickly become a crucial bench piece for the Crimson Tide in the thick of SEC play.

Chris Youngblood - Three-point stroke off in lossYoungblood accumulated eight points (3-10 FG, 2-8 3Pt), three rebounds, one assist and one block across 34 minutes during Tuesday's 74-64 loss to Ole Miss.
ImpactYoungblood's 34 minutes against the Rebels were easily a season high, but to no avail; the guard struggled to find his shooting stroke, especially from long range. He's struggled from distance all season, hitting just 28.3 percent of his shots from beyond the arc. It was a rough shooting night for nearly everyone on the Crimson Tide, but Youngblood isn't much of a spark off the bench right now.

Jarin Stevenson - Struggling with efficiencyStevenson contributed nine points (3-6 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds and two blocks over 25 minutes during Tuesday's 74-64 loss to Ole Miss.
ImpactSince becoming a full-time starter on Dec. 4 against North Carolina, Stevenson has struggled with his shooting efficiency - the sophomore is shooting just 31.7 percent from the field. Given his height at 6-foot-11 and propensity to play around the rim, there's no excuse for those kinds of numbers. The forward matched his season high with seven rebounds in the loss to Ole Miss, but the Crimson Tide need more from their starting big man.

Mark Sears - Stymied in lossSears logged 11 points (2-8 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 6-6 FT), four rebounds, five assists, one block and one steal across 39 minutes during Tuesday's 74-64 loss to Ole Miss.
ImpactSears had found his stroke as of late, and had been playing like the point guard that we'd grown accustomed to seeing. Against the Rebels, however, he was bottled up significantly. He hit just two shots from the field on eight attempts, both of which are well below his standard. If Alabama wants to reach the heights its capable of reaching, Sears needs to come to play in these big-time showdowns.
