Impact This will be the seventh straight game that SMU has either had to postpone or cancel altogether because of COVID-19 problems within the team. Davis and the Mustangs haven't played since Feb. 8 and only have one remaining game on the schedule which is against Tulsa on March 7.

Impact Davis also shined last Wednesday against Tulsa, collecting 22 points and 10 assists to pick up his fourth double-double of the season. Through 15 games, the junior is third in the entire country with a 7.6 apg average. He's also picked up one or more steal in every game since the calendar turned to 2021. SMU is currently in the outside looking in with respect tot he NCAA Tournament, and any charge into the field of 68 will most certainly be led by Davis.
