Impact Martinelli is willing the Wildcats further into the Big Ten Tournament. Over his last seven games, the 6-7 senior has averaged 26.0 points on 52.3 percent from the field with 5.9 rebounds and 3.3 assists. He is controlling the game despite the absence of center Arrinten Page. Northwestern plays Purdue on Friday. Martinelli provided 28 points in the Mar. 4 loss to the Boilermakers.
