ImpactMitchell excelled on the offensive side in a game that the Golden Eagles made a lot closer than they should have. The third-year starter hasn't been a huge scorer so far in his career, mostly doing the little things for Marquette like playing lockdown defense against guards, but he did pull through when it mattered against the Chippewas. The senior still doesn't look to be primed as the main scorer for the team this year, but he could definitely surpass his 2023-24 campaign's 8.8 points per game
