Plays through hand issueGarcia had 12 points (3-6 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 5-6 FT), two rebounds and two blocks across 23 minutes in Wednesday's 73-57 victory over Butler.
ImpactGarcia was forced to exit the contest in the first half due to an issue with his non-shooting hand, but he was back in action to start the second half. There hasn't been any indication of the nature of this potential injury, but it will be something worth taking into consideration for those considering deploying the freshman Saturday at UConn.

Tending to calf strainHodges was limited to just three second-half minutes Wednesday against Marquette due to what was later described as a calf strain, David Woods of the Indianapolis Star reports.
ImpactHodges has been a major spark for the Bulldogs since getting eligibility at the end of January, but he put up his lowest totals of the season in scoring, rebounding and minutes played Wednesday. It's unclear if this will affect his status for Sunday's Big East showdown at Xavier.

Double-double against BulldogsCain had 14 points (5-9 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 14 rebounds, two assists and two steals across 34 minutes off the bench in Wednesday's 73-57 victory over Butler.
ImpactCain had started each of the previous 21 games for Marquette this season, but it's unclear if him coming off the bench was a strategic move, or to feign some kind of punishment. In any case, the senior ended up logging more minutes than any Marquette starter outside of D.J. Carton en route to his second double-double of the season. Given that this was Cain's best performance of Big East play, it wouldn't be shocking to see this alignment continue when the Golden Eagles face UConn in a road matchup Saturday.

Leads team off benchHarris recorded 21 points (5-14 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 6-8 FT), five rebounds, one assist and two steals during 31 minutes in the 73-57 loss to Marquette on Wednesday.
ImpactHarris has been rather streaky as of late, but produced here. The guard has not been efficient from the floor and has barely produced outside of the points department all season. If history is any indication, Harris is due for a decline in production once again. However, monitor his play for the chance he starts to find consistency again.
