One-legged military veteran absolutely destroys workout

Wounded U.S. military veteran Jose Luis Sanchez lost his left leg and permanently injured his right after stepping on an IED while serving in Afghanistan in 2011.

The blast changed Sanchez’s life forever, but it didn’t steal the Marine’s competitive drive. Which, judging by his workout posts on Instagram, is second to none.

Sanchez posted his latest lift on Wednesday: A clean-and-jerk that shifted into a weighted sled pull. This man can actually not be stopped.

And you do not want to be on the wrong end of this.
