Buffalo Bills legendary WR Andre Reed: ‘Man, f#&* Bon Jovi’

Rock legend Jon Bon Jovi doesn’t have a lot of fans in the Buffalo, N.Y., area.

He’s expected to be part of a group that will try to buy the Buffalo Bills. Tuesday is the deadline for prospective owners to place initial bids for the franchise.

Many fear that if the "Livin’ on a Prayer" singer’s group buys the team, they will move it to Canada.

Former Bills WR Andre Reed, who will be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Saturday, didn’t hold back on the rocker in a recent interview with New York Magazine.

"Man, f— Bon Jovi," Reed said. "You might as well just take this city, throw it in the river, and let it go down Niagara Falls."

No, Bon Jovi is not a very popular man in upstate New York these days.

Lt. Gov. Robert Duffy recently shared this new shirt he received in the mail:

While a consultant for Bon Jovi’s group has said they "will do everything they can to make that work there (in Buffalo)," fans are still worried.

From Yahoo! Sports:

"It’s a big threat," a fan said of Bon Jovi’s interest in the Bills. "He’s aligned with guys from Toronto. They’ve got more money than everybody else. We don’t believe they will keep the Bills in Buffalo. Why would they?"

Donald Trump is also expected to place a bid on the team and has said that he would keep the team in Buffalo. But he also admitted that he’s "not going to do something totally stupid" to land the team.
