Watch: Jim Harbaugh encourages two costumes for maximum Halloween candy haul
Following a brutal last-second loss to the Spartans on Oct. 17, Michigan Wolverines head coach Jim Harbaugh has to prepare his team to bounce back after a bye for a battle with Minnesota on Halloween.
Turns out the coach has some strategy for trick-or-treaters on that day, too. In an interview with WXYZ-TV Detroit reporter Brad Galli, Harbaugh harkened back to his days of Halloween scheming.
"I’ve kind of advised them to get two costumes. To be go-getters. You can hit the neighborhood in one costume. Better to jog and to run from house to house and you can get more candy than anybody else. Then come home and make a change into a second costume then go hit those same houses again."
No surprise Harbaugh is banking on "constant hustle at all times" as he put it. It’s not even about the candy — just the opportunity to accumulate more thanks to hustle.
