Watch: Aaron Rodgers surprises kids who lost a parent serving in military
Thanks to Camp Hometown Heroes, four kids recently got a surprise from Aaron Rodgers that they won’t ever forget.
The organization, which holds a weeklong camp that specializes in grief counsling, helps children who have lost a parent while serving in the military.
The Packers quarterback visited three sisters, Alexis, Starr and Kylee, along with Dylan (a boy, unrelated), for an emotional afternoon.
The kids, though, did not know Rodgers was joining them on a boat, and their reaction to seeing the superstar QB, especially Dylan’s, was priceless.
Rodgers spoke to the kids about their lives and dealing with loss. He also spent some time fishing with the foursome.
