Chicago scanner captures Wrigleyville mayhem after Cubs win World Series

The Chicago Cubs are World Series champions for the first time since 1908 and Wrigleyville may not be standing in the morning.

Fans are standing on top of cars and climbing light poles as streets are packed while the celebration is underway on Clark and Addison.
