This Orioles fan probably thought his Tuesday night couldn’t get any worse.

After all, "William in Baltimore" had just witnessed his team lose a 2-1 nail-biter to the Kansas City Royals, falling into a 3-0 hole in the American League Championship Series.

Bleak times for the O’s indeed.

Will was working the graveyard shift at a 7-Eleven convenience store and presumably wanted to commiserate over the loss, so he called in to a CBS Sports radio show hosted by Damon Amendolara.

What happened next is more difficult to imagine than an Orioles’ World Series berth.

Will starts his 3:30 a.m. call by pointing out that his team needs "some magic." Then, the 33-year-old launches into a rap song.

For the first few stanzas, it’s all flowing relatively smoothly. But about a minute in, things get pretty scary, when William abruptly stops to announce: "Yo, D.A., I’m gonna have to call you back, man. I’m being robbed."

Here’s the video of Will’s call-in, and of Amendolara’s stunned reaction afterward:

We’re glad to hear it, Will.
