You may recall that toward the end of last week, Charles Barkley said he would not eat or drink anything except for water and vodka until the Lakers won a game. Los Angeles finally picked up its first victory of the season Sunday night, beating Charlottle, 107-92. Lakers forward Ed Davis made sure to let Barkley know his hunger strike was officially over.

With the Broncos blowing out the Raiders 41-10 late in the third quarter yesterday, backup quarterback Brock Osweiler thought he was going into the game to relieve Peyton Manning. However, Manning strapped up his helmet and took the field, while Osweiler looked on in disbelief, which made for this outstanding GIF.

Jets coach Rex Ryan walked off the field dropping f-bombs after his team beat the Steelers, 20-13. Ryan was upset with Pittsburgh safety Mike Mitchell, who jumped over the New York’s offensive lineman on a kneel-down play at the end of the game. Mitchell was promptly greeted with a back body drop by Jets center Nick Mangold.

This pretty much sums up last night’s debacle for the Chicago Bears.

If a fan dresses like this to attend a football game, should we really be surprised that he’d squeeze Jimmy Graham’s buttocks?

Cardinals wide receiver John Brown had the best celebration of the weekend.

In case you missed it late Saturday night, the craziest play of the weekend came from the Oregon-Utah game. Utes wide receiver Kaelin Clay was on his way to a 78-yard touchdown reception, but he celebrated prematurely and dropped the ball at the 1-yard line. Ducks safety Erick Dargan picked it up but then fumbled. Oregon linebacker Joe Walker made the recovery and ran it back 100 yards for a touchdown.

The Cowboys breezed past the Jaguars yesterday, but after the game, Dallas wide receiver Cole Beasley fought with people on Twitter who took him to task for fumbling during the game.
