TCU Spring Game Report

Almost everything felt perfect about the TCU Spring Game at Amon G. Carter Stadium on Saturday. The temperature had settled into the seasonable mid-70s range with a light breeze whistling through the stadium. An estimated crowd of around 7,500 turned out to watch their beloved Horned Frogs, and the team responded with enthusiasm, whooping and hollering in a circle on the field before the scrimmage began.


But just before the first play was run, one of the few clouds hovering in the afternoon sky made its way in front of the sun and blocked some of the light that was giving the festivities a sun-kissed glow. It felt like an appropriate analogy of TCU
