Packers cut six from roster, sign kicker Zachary Ramirez

GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Six cuts were made Sunday as the Green Bay Packers moved closer to getting their roster down to 75 players by Tuesday's deadline.

In addition to quarterback Graham Harrell, whose release was widely known Saturday, the Packers also cut wide receivers Alex Gillett, Omarius Hines and Justin Wilson, defensive tackle Gilbert Pena and running back Angelo Pease.

Green Bay also signed one player, kicker Zachary Ramirez, a rookie out of Portland State who was part of the Seattle Seahawks' rookie minicamp earlier this year. The Packers now have three kickers in training camp, as Ramirez joins Mason Crosby and Giorgio Tavecchio.
