The Milwaukee recalled pitchers Taylor Jungmann and Damien Magnifico, as well as catcher Andrew Susac, ahead of a matchup with the Chicago Cubs on Tuesday.

Jungmann opened the season in the Brewers’ starting rotation, before being sent down to Triple-A after recording losses in four of his first five starts.

He was sent to Double-A Biloxi after posting a 9.82 ERA in eight starts for the Sky Sox, but has improved with the Shuckers, and has a 2.51 ERA through 13 starts at that level.

Magnifico made two appearances for the Brewers in mid-August, but has spent the rest of the season with Colorado Springs, where he has a 4.62 ERA in 52 relief appearances.

Acquired by the Brewers in the trade that sent reliever Will Smith to the San Francisco Giants, Susac has appeared in 11 games for the Sky Sox this season, hitting .125 with five hits and two runs.
