Bucks' Udoh gets his meeting with Betty White

Bucks big man Ekpe Udoh has finally realized his dream of meeting a Hollywood starlet.

Milwaukee Bucks big man Ekpe Udoh has finally scratched an item from his bucket list.

No, it's not winning the NBA's gold ball trophy. I instead it's meeting everyone's favorite Golden Girl, Betty White.

Udoh has been tweeting about his desire to meet the 91-year-old actress for nearly a year, and he finally greeted the star of NBC's "Off their Rockers" and TV Land's "Hot in Cleveland" during Milwaukee's current road trip to Los Angeles.

On Wednesday, Udoh tweeted a photo of himself with White from the set of "Hot in Cleveland." The caption: "Mission accomplished."

The show's Twitter page posted another picture of White holding Udoh's Bucks jersey.

Udoh's pursuit of a meeting with White began when he tweeted "How do I go about meeting Betty White???" on June 23 of last year. In August, he tweeted, "Still searching for Betty White." And in January, it was "Gotta meet Betty White."

When he was asked by Warriors World Podcast why he was so intent on meeting White, the former Golden State forward said he used to watch "Golden Girls" with his mom as a kid and White has always been a favorite of his.

And though the Bucks lost to the LA Clippers on Wednesday night, one player can leave town smiling.
