We all know how physical sports are, keeping your body healthy and in shape is a constant challenge. The battle of staying mentally focused is equally challenging and can often be more difficult. Having the right mindset while going through life is one of the most important qualities a person/athlete develop.

In sports, having the confidence of a winner is something that we all must have, staying focused and always putting yourself in the right place at the right time. Staying strong, dedicated and determined during both good and bad times. Remain humble at all times and be able to listen and learn.

A good example of this being focused and determined is UCONN's Shabazz Napier, who remained dedicated himself to one goal while playing college ball. After reaching success with a national championship as a freshman, he continued to play hard and focused even though his team was ineligible for the next two years. His focus paid off this year when they returned to the Big Dance and won.

Maintain a strong focus, build your body and your mind! #GetBuckets.
