As has become common this spring and summer, Kobe Bryant continued to update fans of his recovery progress via social media on Monday morning.

On his Instagram account, Bryant posted a video of himself running, hardly groundbreaking stuff, but further evidence that he doesn't seem to have suffered a setback.

In an interview with Jimmy Kimmel last Thursday, Bryant admitted that he isn't certain whether he'll be ready for the Lakers' Oct. 29 opening night game against the Clippers. In the aftermath of his April 12 injury, the team predicted a recovery window of six to nine months.

Bryant has yet to translate his rehab into on-court activities, apart from shooting free throws, which he began doing in June.
