Angels announce Opening Day roster

The Angels' announced the club's Opening Day roster for the 2014 season.

Some notable moves were Collin Cowgill beating out J.B. Schuck for the fourth outfielder spot. Right-hander Matt Shoemaker found a spot in the bullpen as the long reliever and Ian Stewart got the backup infield job in favor of Grant Green.

Right-handers Dane De La Rosa and Ryan Brasier and left-handers Brian Moran and Sean Burnett were placed on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to March 21.
