'Foxcatcher' trailer released
Good news for combat sports lovers and movie aficionados!
The trailer for the highly anticipated film Foxcatcher, based on the true story of the murder of Olympic wrestler Dave Schultz by his coach, paranoid schizophrenic multi-millionaire John Eleuthère du Pont, has finally been released. Prepare yourself for a ride because this film is going to be INTENSE.
The film stars Steve Carell as eccentric multi-millionaire John Eleuthère du Pont, who killed one of the infamous wrestling Schultz brothers at his private training facility in 1996.
Olympic wrestler siblings Dave and eventual UFC fighter Mark Schultz are played by Mark Ruffalo and Channing Tatum and all three have been receiving high praise for their performances, particularly Carell, who's transformation into the paranoid schizophrenic du Pont is earning early Oscar nomination buzz.

Here's the official synopsis:
'Foxcatcher' tells the story of Olympic Gold Medal-winning wrestler Mark Schultz (Tatum), who sees a way out from the shadow of his more celebrated wrestling brother Dave (Ruffalo) and a life of poverty when he is summoned by eccentric multi-millionaire John du Pont (Carell) to move onto his estate and train for the 1988 Seoul Olympics. Desperate to gain the respect of his disapproving mother, du Pont begins “coaching” a world-class athletic team and, in the process, lures Mark into dangerous habits, breaks his confidence and drives him into a self-destructive spiral. Based on actual events, FOXCATCHER is a gripping and profoundly American story of fragile men who pinned their hopes for love and redemption on a desperate obsession for greatness that was to end in tragedy.
Initially slated for release December 20., the film has been delayed and pushed back to 2014 in order to give director Bennett Miller ample time to finish the film.
