The UFC finalized its full slate of fights Wednesday night for the organization's second event on FOX Sports 1, scheduled to take place in Indianapolis on Aug. 28.

The 13-fight card is headlined by a five-round bout between welterweights Martin Kampmann and Carlos Condit. The co-main event features lightweights Bout Rafael Dos Anjos and Donald Cerrone.

The champion of the most recently completed season of The Ultimate Fighter, Kelvin Gastelum, is slated to fight Paulo Thiago in a welterweight matchup.

A new opponent was found for James Head, who was previously scheduled to fight Bobby Voelker. (Voelker was tapped to fight Robbie Lawler UFC on Fox 8 on July 27.) Head will take on Jason High in the welterweight bout.
