Dustin Poirier (16-4) was an excellent UFC lightweight when he decided to move down to featherweight. Now, as a top featherweight, Poirier has decided to move back up to lightweight.

The reason? Well, according to Poirier, the cut down to 145 pounds has made him miserable. Judging by what we see in this video posted by Poirier, we believe him.

The video shows a ripped Poirier stepping on a scale and weighing in at over 180lbs. If the guy is lean enough to have a six pack at 180 pounds, we can’t imagine how horrible it feels for him to drop to 155 pounds, to say nothing of featherweight.

We hope that the American Top Team fighter will enjoy life and be healthier, now, without having to dehydrate himself quite so drastically.
