The grudge match between Chael Sonnen and Wanderlei Silva will finally be settled in 2014 and the two veterans have agreed to meet in a light heavyweight showdown.

Sonnen announced on the FOX Sports 2's UFC Fight Night pre-fight show that he has agreed to meet Silva at 205 pounds in a bout that will take place next year after they coach opposite one another at The Ultimate Fighter Brazil season three.

"Wanderlei, eat up, enjoy the holiday," Sonnen said taunting his next opponent.

There has been no date or location confirmed yet for Sonnen vs. Silva, but the two fighters are scheduled to begin coaching their season of the show in early 2014. Following the season, Sonnen and Silva will face each other to settle the score once and for all.

The fight taking place at light heavyweight is expected to be Sonnen's last at 205 pounds as he's already teased a return to middleweight in the near future. Sonnen has gone 1-2 since moving to light heavyweight with a win over Mauricio 'Shogun' Rua and losses to UFC champion Jon Jones and former title holder Rashad Evans.

Regardless of weight class, Sonnen and Silva are both gunning for a big win in this upcoming fight after years of back and forth jabber between the two veteran competitors.

FOX Sports will have more information on the date and location of the upcoming Sonnen vs. Silva grudge match when it becomes available.
