International movie star and MMA sensei Steven Seagal has spent that last few years helping select UFC stars hone their craft. From former middleweight champion Anderson Silva to current light heavyweight titleholder Daniel Cormier, Seagal has been spitting knowledge to top-tier fighters throughout the organization.
Which is why the people of Russia should feel privileged, honored and lucky that Seagal, who has 47 actor credits listed on his IMDb page, travelled well over 5,000 miles to put on a MMA masterclass in front of thousands.
Seagal is seen in the video tossing two poor souls all over the place while children of all ages watch in astonishment. At least that’s what we think it is:
More impressive is the manner in which Seagal executed his tosses. UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey typically uses a classic judo hip toss to subdue opponents, but Seagal doesn’t waste nearly as much energy. The "Hard to Kill" star appears to do it with a just a flick of the wrist.
Good thing Seagal was on our side during the Cold War. Check out the video above while we try to find out when this class is coming to the States.
