Novak Djokovic had the crowd in awe right from the start of his opening match of the Miami Open on Friday.

The No. 1 men’s tennis player in the world stunned spectators when he caught a ball in his pocket mid-match during his second-round win over Britain’s Kyle Edmund.

Djokovic hit a thunderous serve, which Edmund ballooned high into the air. As the ball fell, Djokovic made an impeccable read and used both hands to catch the ball flawlessly in his left pants pocket.

Smooth move by a smooth player.

Djokovic downplayed the perfect pocket catch, although he seemed excited about seeing the highlight on TV.

"It will be fun to see it," he said (via AP). "I was lucky, I must say. Right place at the right time, I guess."

What a hero.
