Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal

Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal have given us plenty of historic moments over the years. Relive the matches.

In golf, Tiger is chasing Jack, and these days, it doesn’t look like he’ll catch him. In tennis, Rafa is chasing Roger – and Rafa isn’t so sure he’ll be able to catch him.

In a recent interview, Rafael Nadal addressed the question of whether he can match Roger Federer’s all-time mark of 17 victories in Grand Slam events. Nadal has 13.

“I don’t know if I’m able to reach Federer’s record of 17 Grand Slams,” Nadal said.

Nadal lost the year’s first Grand Slam, the Australian Open, falling to Stanislas Wawrinka in the final. Nadal added two to his Slam total last year, winning the French Open and U.S. Open.
