While FIA World Endurance Championship teams gear up for the Six Hours of Sao Paulo, take a look back at Toyota’s efforts from the 90th anniversary 24 Hours of Le Mans with this short film, released by the Japanese manufacturer late last week.
The No. 8 Toyota TS030 Hybrid of Stephane Sarrazin, Anthony Davidson and Sebastien Buemi finished second in the twice-around-the-clock endurance classic, just one lap behind the race-winning Audi.
The two LMP1 factory squads will resume its title battle this weekend in Brazil, which will, however, see a scaled back effort for Toyota, which will only field its No. 8 entry for the next two races.
Sarrazin, Davidson and Buemi trail the championship-leading Audi crew of Allan McNish, Tom Kristensen and Loic Duval by 31 points heading into the South American round.24 Hours of Le Mans, Anthony Davidson, Le Mans, Sports Cars, Toyota Racing, Video
