After their fantastic 1-2 finish in Sepang on Sunday, , and the Repsol Honda Team are already en route to Phillip Island in Australia.

The Phillip Island circuit is blessed with breathtaking scenery and beautiful ocean views and, as one of the fastest most fluid tracks on the calendar, it continues to provide some of the most spectacular racing of the season.

Honda has fitted a carbon fiber protector for the rear wheel speed sensor and cable in the wake of last week’s dramatic collision between factory riders and .

The small protecter plate is designed to avoid the freak circumstances that triggered Pedrosa’s high-side crash at Aragon.

After celebrating another double podium in Misano, the eighth of the 2013 campaign, and Dani Pedrosa are on their way to round fourteen in Motorland Aragón. The ultra-modern 5.077km track is comprised of 17 turns – ten left and seven right, and a long straight of 968m. The first Grand Prix was hosted in 2010, and was rewarded with the IRTA Best Grand Prix of the Year award, the first time a circuit had received the prize in its debut year.

PROGRAMMING NOTE: The Red Bull will air LIVE on FOX Sports 1 on Sunday, August 18 in a four-hour programming block that starts at 11:00am ET.

After a three week break, the World Championship restarts this weekend at the Red Bull Indianapolis Grand Prix.

Repsol Honda riders, and are currently first and second respectively in the Championship standings and arrive in America refreshed and ready to resume the fight. For Dani in particular, this Summer break has been gratefully received. Dani suffered a big crash in Germany in mid-July and the doctors would not allow him to race. However, he rode to a courageous 5th place in the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix in Laguna Seca just before the break. Having had three weeks to rest and recuperate, Dani is now almost back to 100% and will be hoping to return to the podium at a circuit where he’s won twice in MotoGP class (2012 and 2010).

Teammate Marc, inspired after his back-to-back GP wins in Germany and Laguna Seca, will be looking for another fine performance in Indianapolis where he has been victorious the past two seasons in the Moto2 class.
