Dominant Vettel takes a step towards fourth title

Sebastian Vettel took a step closer to his fourth World Championship title by scoring a dominant win in Belgium.

Vettel dragged past pole man on the straight after Eau Rouge on the first lap, and thereafter was never under threat. He now has a 46 point advantage over his nearest rival, Fernando Alonso.

Power Wins In Sonoma After Late Dixon penalty

Will Power won at for the third time in four years Sunday, earning his first victory of the season when he took advantage of a late penalty to for injuring three members of Power’s pit crew.

Dixon led until he received a drive-through penalty with 15 laps to go for clipping a tire in the left hand of Power’s tire holder when Dixon left his pit directly behind Power’s Team Penske Chevrolet.

The tire holder went flying into another crew member, and a third member was injured by an air gun. Dixon thought Power’s crew got in his way on purpose, leaving him angry and confused by IndyCar’s latest call against him.

American GP3 Star Conor Daly Scores Double Podium At Spa-Francorchamps

U.S. race fans have desperately been searching for a current day American racer to compete and succeed in , but to no avail.

GP3 standout and Indianapolis-native  may soon change that.

Daly, son of former F1 racer Derek Daly, wasn’t able to score a win at , but a double podium effort places him in prime position to score his first GP3 championship.

“It was awesome to get two second places in a weekend,” Daly said. “That’s pretty good after some of the weekends we’ve had previously. It’s good to be in the points fight now.”

Confident he could battle for a fifth podium of 2013 after securing pole position for the second time in his career, Crutchlow was locked in an exciting battle with Valentino Rossi and Alvaro Bautista in the early laps.

However, the 27-year-old tumbled out of fourth position on lap eight. The Briton rejoined the 22-lap race fighting through from the back of the field to take 17th at the chequered flag.
