THE MODERATOR:  Good afternoon, everyone. I’m Merrill Cain with Penske Racing and we appreciate everyone joining us on this very special Team Penske media teleconference today.

We are excited to be joined this afternoon by both Juan Pablo Montoya, and Penske Racing president, Tim Cindric, to discuss today’s announcement.
