The MotoGP World Championship concluded last weekend with the Valencian Grand Prix, and with a new title winner in Marc Marquez. His neighbors in Cervera, Lleida, took to the streets to celebrate upon the champion’s return, decorating the town with the name and number of the Repsol rider to provide a hero’s welcome.

Adrian Cenni pulled off the first flat ground to flat ground 360-degree barrel roll this past weekend in front of a live audience at a Baja 1000 pre-race event in Ensenada, Mexico.

Mark Webber showed he has lost none of his fight by finishing third in his penultimate Formula 1 start in Austin.
Webber had another bad first corner, dropping to fourth from his second starting spot, but after overtaking Lewis Hamilton he chased Romain Grosjean to the flag.
“I was very happy with how I drove today,” said Webber. “I got a very good start. You want to be on the outside for Turn 1 but Romain was already there. I think I made a very good start from the left-hand side, which is not the easiest here, so we did what we could. Lewis also was on the outside for clean braking, so I had to be a little bit careful with Seb on the inside. The Williams driver enjoyed a successful weekend in Austin, making it into Q3 for only the second time this season. Then from ninth on the grid, Bottas made an impressive start and managed his tires to score four World Championship points, moving him ahead of teammate Pastor Maldonado – who only has one point to his name as a result of a 10th-place finish in Hungary.
