Pro Circuit Kawasaki’s Justin Hill cruised to his first career Monster Energy Supercross 250SX win Saturday night in San Diego, Calif. and became the fourth different rider to win a main event race this season.
The young rider from Yoncalla, Ore. assumed the lead on Lap 2 when his teammate Dean Wilson clipped a tuff block and crashed. The long battle between Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing and Panther Racing for Army National Guard sponsorship ended Thursday, with the coveted funding moving to Graham Rahal’s car for the upcoming IndyCar season.
