Felipe Massa admits he’s been frustrated by the bad luck that has cost him a lot of points in the early races of the season.

In China he was wet set in sixth when there was a delay at his first pit stop after it was realized that the crew was trying to fit the left rear tire on the right, and vice versa.

“We lost all the opportunities on the pit stop,” said Massa. “I don’t know how many seconds I lost. I came back on the track last, there was nothing really to do, so it was a little bit of a shame what’s happened. The start was good, we were there fighting, and then we went back to last. We just need to concentrate on the next race.”

Massa says the loss of points has been disappointing: “In the first race another car pushed me out on the first corner, and then what happened today. There’s a lot of points that we’ve lost in these races. And even last race we had the safety car, when I was third and then I went back to eighth.

“So many things happened in every race that took me out of the points. I’m not happy because of that. We’re working on the car and pushing very hard. There’s still a lot to do, but I’m not happy for what happens all the time with me.”
