Formula E: Cerruti, Buemi and Prost confirm rides for inaugural season

On a day when invaded London, announcing Battersea Park as the location for the city’s ePrix, three new drivers have been confrimed to compete in the inaugural season.

will race alongside Jarno Trulli in TrulliGP, becoming the second confirmed female driver in the series, and  and will drive for the e.dams Renault team.

Corvette museum likely to keep part of sinkhole as tourist attraction

A massive sinkhole that swallowed eight prized sports at the National Corvette Museum has become such a popular attraction that officials want to preserve it — and may even put one or two of the crumpled back inside the hole.

MotoGP: Rossi remains upbeat despite tire choice regret

Valentino Rossi looked set to gamble on slick tires as the rest of the grid opted for rain tires during Saturday’s Iveco Daily TT Assen, but decided at the last moment to switch bikes. This forced Rossi to start from pit lane, although he quickly made his way through many of the trailing bikes.

Riders were forced to switch bikes again as the track began to dry, Rossi making his second trip to the pits. From here, Rossi charged through the remaining field, eventually finishing in fifth.

HOUSTON – It was an eventful weekend for the Verizon IndyCar Series in the Grand Prix of Houston doubleheader, which had its share of action on the racetrack and subsequent controversial officiating decisions that led many drivers and teams to question the credibility of Race Control.

The man who has to answer that: INDYCAR President of Competition Derrick Walker.

As speculation swirls around the future of F1′s most experienced active driver, McLaren supremo Ron Dennis has called on Jenson Button to up his game.

At the end of his 15th consecutive season on the grid, 34-year-old Briton Button’s current McLaren contract is up.
