Texas A&M has unofficially taken over as the best college football program in the Lone Star State.
Since leaving the Big 12 for the SEC in 2012, the Aggies have dominated the recruiting trail the last few seasons.
And they want to make sure their former in-state conference rivals know who owns the two biggest Lone Star territories.
This billboard will be all over the Dallas area featuring five top Metroplex prospects who decided to become Aggies.
And this one in Houston with the some of the best of the Bayou City.
During Texas A&M's days in the Big 12, the Texas Longhorns annually had top 10 recruiting classes. But since Kevin Sumlin took over as head coach of the Aggies in 2012, many of the state's best players have picked College Station over Austin.
According to Scout.com, the Aggies had the No. 7 recruiting class, while the Longhorns signed a group that ranked 15th.
