Rangers prospect splits baseball bat in half

Wooden baseball bats break quite often during games in the major and minor leagues, but rarely do they break quite like this.
Taking batting practice for the Class-A Myrtle Beach Pelicans, Texas Rangers prospect Jorge Alfaro got jammed on pitch and split his bat in half, from top to bottom.
