Oklahoma State picked to win Big 12 title for first time in conference history.

Oklahoma State has been tabbed as the preseason choice by the media to win what is expected to be a wide open Big 12.
Six teams received first-place votes, with Oklahoma State leading the way with 15 of them. Oklahoma finished second in the voting and TCU third. Oklahoma had eight first-place votes and 355 points while TCU had more first-place votes (nine) but 337 points.
Texas also had eight first-place votes and finished fourth. Baylor and Kansas State round out the top six and both schools received first-place votes.
Texas Tech was picked seventh, with West Virginia, Iowa State and Kansas rounding out the field.
