EA Sports’ new “NCAA Football 14” video game may have the answer for you. The player on the game, known only as “QB #2” on the Texas A&M virtual roster, has similar abilities to Manziel, but the appearance of the video game quarterback has the look of a 40-year-old redshirt sophomore.
Technically, the Texas A&M quarterback on the video game is not Manziel. Due to NCAA restrictions on the amateur status of athletes, names are not allowed but the jersey number, position, height, weight, home state and ethnicity are the same or very similar.
Say what you want EA Sports, but everyone knows this is supposed to be Johnny Football.
Good news for “NCAA Football 14” fans if you are playing dynasty-mode with the Aggies’ “QB #2”: He is rated overall at 97 out of 100, meaning you have a good shot at winning, even if it is an older, chubbier looking Heisman Trophy winner.
