Manziel buys round of drinks for bar after being drafted

Johnny Manziel didn't waste anytime blowing through some of his newly-acquired money.
After being selected 22nd overall Thursday night during Round 1 of the NFL Draft, Johnny Football bought everybody at his favorite bar in College Station a round of drinks.
How is that possible you ask? Manziel was in NYC and was quickly escorted to Cleveland. When did he have time to return to his old stomping ground?
Everything was preplanned. According to the bar's general manager and the Heisman-winner's friend Petro Robledo, Manziel stopped by the bar last week to leave his credit card number and a plan to spend $2,000 (because he wears No. 2. Get it?).
About 122 patrons at Chimy's Cerveceria received a free Miller Lite and a Fireball shot, which usually includes cinnamon schnapps and Tabasco sauce. In total, there were about 250 people at the bar for a draft-watching party.
There were even plans for Manziel to Facetime with the fans in Aggieland, but due to his lack of early selection, that didn't go as planned.
But there were raffle prizes for fans who guessed which team Manziel would end up with, including autographed helmets and footballs.
If this is just the start of his NFL career, we can't wait to see how everything unfolds.
