Even with Spencer out, nothing changes for Cowboys' Selvie

Selvie started all three games this season while the Cowboys hoped Spencer could return full-time from the knee injury.
He said his approach doesn't change now that he's no longer a fill-in.
"Not much has changed, other than just not having Spencer out there on the sideline helping me go through stuff," Selvie said. "Spencer's one of the best players on our defense. He's going to be missed."
Spencer was able to play half the game against Kansas City before suffering a setback. Otherwise, it's been Selvie at defensive end opposite DeMarcus Ware.
Selvie is tied for third on the team with two sacks. He also has five tackles and five quarterback pressures.
Becoming a full-time starter is a big deal for Selvie, who is playing for his fourth team in four seasons. Although he no longer has to worry about Spencer taking over his role, Selvie said that doesn't mean anything changes for him.
"It's not much adjustment, just going out there and playing hard," Selvie said. "It's just going out there and making plays, that's what I've got to keep doing."
