The Baylor Bears have added the Wofford Terriers to their football schedule this fall.
Baylor will now open the season against Wofford Aug. 31 at Floyd Casey Stadium. Baylor added the game after their game against SMU was canceled last week.
The game will be Baylor’s first ever against Wofford, which went 9-4 last year and is an FCS school. Baylor now has seven home games on its schedule.
Baylor was originally scheduled to play at SMU Sept. 14 but SMU backed out to take some of the burden off its non-conference schedule. SMU replaced Baylor with Montana State on its schedule. Baylor beat SMU 59-24 last year in Waco.
