Anthony Davis has his own feature in this month’s GQ magazine – a little bit of a different role for the New Orleans Pelicans’ star forward.
It’s entitled "Anthony Davis Goes High Brow" and features Davis modeling dress shirts and ties for this spring.
GQ’s Mark Anthony Green writes:
"Confidence is everything. When you’ve got enough of it not only to rock a unibrow but to trademark it – which basically means you’re Anthony Davis, the New Orleans Pelicans’ booming young big man – pulling off a whole new breed of dress shirts is a slam dunk."
Davis also opens up in the article, reflecting back on experiences such as his Team USA Olympic adventure and how he handles the pressure of the NBA spotlight at just 20-years-old.
"I always wanted to be a Kobe, to be a LeBron, but I thought it’d be later in my career when I’d start being labeled a ‘superstar,’" Davis told GQ.
