Werder Bremen may have ended the Bundesliga title race with this long-range screamer

The Bundesliga title race might be pretty well wrapped up, especially after second-place RB Leipzig fell to Werder Bremen on Saturday. That doesn't mean the highlights have dried up, though. In fact, a dandy of a goal came in the very match that might have spelled the end of Leipzig's title challenge.

Bremen's Zlatko Junuzovic is more known for his free-kick prowess, but the midfielder has the ability to uncork a cracker from open play, as well. Look at this long-range strike to put RB Leipzig on notice.

Sometimes in life, you've just gotta let it rip. That's exactly what Junuzovic did. The difficulty level there is extremely high, and the finish is exquisite. Junuzovic somehow manages to pass the ball to himself without a single RB Leipzig player paying him much attention.

From there, he lets fire with an outside-the-boot shot that Leipzig goalkeeper Peter Gulasci is helpless to stop. It wound up being the game-winner, too, as Bremen continued their march with a 3-0 victory that left Bayern Munich with a 10-point lead atop the table.
