Watch this dog chase a player around a pitch in Brazil

It's been a while since we've had a quality pitch invasion, but thankfully a bold pooch in Brazil is here to pull us out of our recession. During Friday's clash between Goias and Brasil de Pelotas in Brazil's Serie B, a dog (who I've decided to name Dash) sprung onto the field and got in on the action. Fortunately for us, a kind soul uploaded the video and put it on repeat for two minutes.

The best part is that Dash darted onto the pitch right as Goias scored a goal. Dash just wanted to celebrate! Globo Esporte has the full video if you're interested in seeing the goal.

As you can see in the video above, Dash took a particular interest in Goias defender Juninho, chasing the Brazilian around and trying to jump on him. Juninho looked like he didn't want to be chased, but if that's the case he probably shouldn't have run.

Eventually the fun ended, as stewards carried the excitable pup off the pitch. Brazil de Pelotas would wind up winning the match, 2-1, but everyone knows that Dash was the highlight of the match.
