The Internet absolutely roasted Jack Wilshere after joining Bournemouth on loan

Bournemouth landed quite the coup on transfer deadline day, signing Arsenal's Jack Wilshere on a season-long loan. The 24-year-old joins the Cherries looking to revive a career that's been regularly derailed by injuries, and his outlook for regular playing time is now much rosier than had he stayed at the Emirates -- as long as he can finally stay healthy, that is. For Bournemouth it's their most prominent signing in club history, even if it's only on loan, so this looks like a pretty great deal for both sides.

However, as is required of the Internet whenever Wilshere's name gets mentioned, the trolls came out fast and hard to roast the oft-injured England midfielder. They didn't disappoint.

And no, The Roast of Jack Wilshere didn't only include injury jokes. His reputation for being lazy and somewhat of a party animal were also heavily exposed, particularly by British supermarket giant Iceland.

You are all so mean. Not necessarily wrong, but mean.
