Borussia Dortmund fans flew stolen Schalke flags to troll their rivals

It's safe to say that Borussia Dortmund and Schalke don't get along. The massive local rivals make up one of the biggest derbies in all of Germany, the Revierderby.

And what is a necessary part of any rivalry? Trolling.

You know, like Borussia Dortmund fans swiping some flags from Schalke fans and then putting them up in the Yellow Wall to rub it in the Schalke fans' faces.

That is something out of a cheesy high school or college movies. It's Homecoming or the big rivalry game so the precocious kids steal something and then have to scramble to get it back or they get in trouble. Except BVB fans probably didn't bother giving it back. They are grown adults and very proud of their mischief and trolling, as they should be.

Of course, this is only funny because it didn't spark anything truly bad. Theft usually isn't great, but Schalke fans appear to have taken it well enough not to start any incidents. All is well.

So laugh on. Well trolled, BVB.
