Atlanta United FC unveiled their home kit Tuesday night in front of a packed house in Atlanta's Tabernacle venue, streaming the event live on Facebook and YouTube.

Stars like Atlanta Hawks' Dwight Howard and Atlanta Falcons' Vic Beasley showed up via video to express their excitement for the release and the upcoming season, with former USMNT captain and Atlanta United Technical Director Carlos Bocanegra and Atlanta mayor Kasim Reed also speaking to the crowd.

Owner Arthur Blank also made an appearance before the jerseys were unveiled, and Coach Tata Martino also spoke to the raucous assembly. 16-year-old Andrew Carleton, on loan at Charleston Battery, was one of the featured players to model the kit, a classy crimson and black striped number, complete with black shorts and socks.

United, who will play in Georgia Tech's 55,000-seat Bobby Dodd Stadium as a temporary home until the new, retractable-roof Mercedes Benz Stadium opens next summer, have already sold more than 22,000 season tickets ahead of the club's kickoff in 2017.
